We are increasingly being asked to support events outside the UK and have developed a cost effective way of providing a full on-site service without the hassle and expense associated with freight.
By streamlining our equipment and making use of the additional baggage allowances on certain airlines, we can provide a full check-in solution at much more reasonable cost. This has proved invaluable for clients wanting to have the same quality of service that they have at their UK events.
For example, in January 2014, we travelled to Budapest for a four day conference. Two members of staff travelled with enough kit to run four check-in desks. After two days, one person flew home with half the equipment – minimising hotel and food costs for the remainder of the event.
