Overview
For the first time in two years, Innovate Finance was able to welcome back IFGS – The Innovate Finance Global Summit. Held this year at London’s stunning Guildhall, IFGS connects the most forward thinking contributors of the FinTech world across two days of roundtables, fireside chats and networking opportunities.
We’ve been in partnership with Innovate Finance for a number of years now, and it was fantastic to welcome IFGS back in-person in 2022. From the get-go, Innovate Finance enlisted our help with a white-label pre-event registration system, designed for individual registrations, taking payments, selecting session choices and much more.
Solution
For months prior to the event, our delegate management team monitored a registration micro-site as well as a dedicated inbox and phone line, answering enquiries, issuing invoices and helping delegates. A dedicated client manager was also on-site throughout the whole event, working closely with the Innovate Finance team to ensure excellence was delivered.
For check in and badging, IFGS used our QR scanning system, with a team of 10 staff scanning attendee tickets as they arrived on the day. These scanners synced with our instant badge printers, printing delegate badges in less than 5 seconds.
Innovate Finance also used our handheld mini scanners to track delegates into a number of breakout sessions that delegates pre-selected during the online registration process. This generated a detailed post-event report outlining who attended which session and for how long.
