Since 2010 we have been providing delegate management solutions to ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) across a range of events held in the UK and Asia.

Whilst each online registration system is built according to an individual event brief, ABRSM's costs have been minimised by agreeing a single design template to be used for each event system.

Delegates book their event places by phone or online with booking fees processed via a seamless link to the ABRSM online payment gateway. Our dedicated team handle all delegate communication - relieving the ABRSM team of the administrative burden.

Most of the ABRSM events also have a number of breakout sessions that the delegates will need to select at the time of booking. For larger events, this can involve delegates selecting from different streams to ensure they attend complimentary sessions.

The ABRSM team have access to our reporting module which enables them to see bookings in real time and reconcile their internal financial reports with the information on the system.

For larger events, badges are produced in advance and along with handheld barcode readers, are couriered to ABRSM the day before the event.

Data from the scanners is loaded back to our system after each event, providing a highly accurate record of who has attended and allows for the correct attendance certificates to be posted to delegates following the event.
