Working with Chelsea's Retail & Venue team, we provided on-site management to the brand new Sports Merchandise & Licensing Show. The show offered football clubs from across the UK to meet and interact with exhibitors supplying merchandise and other services.
Event Connections were tasked with managing the arrival and badging of exhibitors and visitors. Despite having a relatively small area to work in, our streamlined check-in solution enabled a speedy throughput of guests.
Chelsea opted to use their own staff, who we trained and managed on the day. Using large, expo tickets, visitors were able to network easily throughout the event. Plastic wallets added a quality feel and Chelsea were then able to use double-ended lanyards supplied by a sponsor.
As part of the registration process, visitors were issued with a goody bag, loaded with samples and give-aways from the exhibitors and from Chelsea.
As with all events, our post event reports gave Chelsea a complete breakdown as to what happened on the day - enabling them to develop the event for the future and maximise post-event marketing opportunities.
We had a great experience with Event Connections in 2014, so it was a natural choice for us to turn to them again this year.
