Event Connections has worked with the National Association of Head Teachers (NAHT) for the past two years on their summer roadshow. We manage the pre-event registration and on-site registration at numerous locations around the UK.
Because the NAHT roadshow places are mostly paid for by a school, we needed to provide a registration system that would generate an invoice with the booking confirmation. A section of the registration form was added to allow the booker to put a separate address in for billing and to include a Purchase Order reference on the invoice. Invoice payments are then made direct to the client and when payment is received the client can notify us and we can update the registration back office to track finances. The client can access this at any time to monitor the financial progress of ticket sales.
Prior to each roadshow the delegates who have registered are issued joining instructions which are tailored to each event giving details of the location and a schedule for the event.
At each event, we sent a small team to manage registration and badging - freeing up the NAHT team to focus on delivering the programme. Our check-in system allows us to accurately track exactly who has attended and then print their badges - all within a few seconds.
Following the roadshow events, each delegate is issued via our registration system a feedback form to complete and a link to content from the event.
