With around 900 delegates expected, in a tight 45 minute registration period, we needed a large and capable team to ensure the client's expectations were met.
We delivered on the brief by providing 12 registration desks, staffed by our own team. This meant that queues were almost eliminated. Badges were printed on arrival, ensuring that changes and substitutions could be taken account of with minimal fuss.
We were in a position to supply Societe Generale with accurate check-in data by the end of the event, ensuring they had a complete picture of who had attended their conference.
