Unilever were expecting around 300 guests for a dinner, hosted after-hours at the Tate Modern.

Due to the extremely high profile status of the guests, a significant number of last minute and on-the-night cancellations and substitutions were a possibility.

In spite of this, each guest needed a badge and placecard showing their own name. In addition the seating plan had to take account of any changes and be printed before guests could go through to dinner.

During a tight 45 minute registration period, we registered all of the guests and printed off their badges as they arrived. We had worked closely with the Unilever Events Team in the build up to the event to ensure a system was in place for tracking substitutions and making the necessary changes, which were fed through to an administration area where new placecards and table plans could be created.

In spite of the pressures of managing a complex process within a tight timeframe we delivered a first class service, worthy of the nature of the evening.

We continue to work closely with the Unilever Events Team to provide bespoke solutions at high profile events where requirements are complex, time is critical and a positive impact is essential. Due to the broad nature of their business a flexible approach is crucial and we work hard to ensure that our solution always fits their specific event and can be adapted as their needs change.
