Our approach to delegate registration is founded in our teams experience with conferences and events. Having worked on hundreds of events over the past decade, we are able to advise and recommend the best possible solution that suits your event and your attendees.
We can provide total delegate management for your event, from initial invitations right through to follow-up surveys. However, our flexible approach means that we tailor our solution to fit with the roles that our client wants to retain for themselves. Most of our services fit into two categories; pre-event registration and on-site event registration. Our full solution spans both areas.

The Event Connections team are passionate about events and managing delegates, ensuring we'll always go the extra mile to ensure our clients and delegates receive a first rate service. Our staff have travelled extensively working on events throughout the UK and beyond.

Heading up the team and with 20 years' experience in events, Andy is obsessive about the quality of our work from beginning to end. Always keen to work in partnership with clients, his approach to delegate management is focused on ensuring everyone gets a first class service from us.
Outside of work, Andy is a whisky-swilling, roast-eating, music-loving, gadgetman who is learning to be a husband and dad.
With 15 years of experience in the event industry, Matt is a first class project manager and manages to keep 47 balls in the air at once. Overseeing project delivery, he is especially focussed on our online systems and events that require complex on-site registration.
When he's not up to his neck in detail (and sometimes when he is), you'll likely find Matt enjoying a Bordeaux or a good single malt.
Event & Office Administrator
Hayley does an amazing job of making sure everything in the office is on-track. Her data processing capabilities are second to none and she loves diving into spreadsheets and delegate reports!
Event Technician and Logistics Manager
With a strong IT background, Thomas takes the lead on managing the vast array of equipment that we use on site registration projects. He oversees the preparation, set-up and delivery of everything technical.
Thomas spends every spare minute planning his next visit to the gym or recovering from going to the gym!
Emily has spent years in the event industry and is passionate about ensuring that client's needs are understood and delivered in a creative and cost-effective way.
A self-confessed travel addict, Emily is on a mission to tick as many countries off her bucket list as she can.
Having worked in venue operations at various venues around the UK and Europe, Chris is used to ensuring that everything on site at events runs like clockwork. His focus is on our many on-site event registration projects.
You'll find Chris in the cinema whenever he gets a spare moment.
