24th June 2010: End of the Roadshow!
Throughout 2009 and 2010, NHS Pensions have been running a series of roadshows. With 50 events across the UK, Event Connections were tasked with delivering a comprehensive delegate management solution which included a bespoke microsite, online registration system and the handling of all delegate bookings and enquiries. As of 24th June, at the final roadshow in the series, we are pleased to confirm that thousands of delegates have successfully registered for the Roadshows - it's been quite a journey!
1st June 2010: University of Cambridge Alumni Registrations Now Live!
It's a much anticipated moment for the University of Cambridge alumni – the opening of registrations for the popular Alumni Weekend. After successfully introducing the Event Connections online registration in 2009, the comprehensive system for 2010 allows the 1500 potential delegates to register online, make payment and select from 170 different lectures, tours and events. For the Alumni Team, processing bookings online has been vital in enabling them to focus on all the other logistics of planning the event for one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious academic institutions.

15th May 2010: On board with ABRSM
Event Connections are delighted to announce a new partnership with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music in working together across a range of events throughout 2010. This new venture will see Event Connections deliver their full delegate management service to facilitate bookings for the ABRSM 2010 Conference as well as a variety of seminars and workshops.

4th May 2010: Salvation Army ROOTS Conference 2010
The team head back to London as another Salvation Army ROOTS Conference draws to an end. Event Connections are proud to have worked with the Salvation Army ROOTS team for over 10 years and this year was no exception. Our full range of services were utilised as we provided a customised online registration system, enquiry and booking management and on-site delegate services.
23rd April 2010: Paris in the Spring
The on-site team has just returned from Paris where they were delivering on-site solutions for the EuroHedge Summit 2010. Held in Paris every Spring, the EuroHedge Summit is a major hedge fund event which attracts the industry's elite from around the globe. Event Connections were there to deliver a high-speed registration and badging service for delegates.

4th March 2010: Amateur Swimming Association Teaching Conference
Did you know that swimming is the number one participation sport in the UK, with over 20m people swimming every year? The ASA is committed to driving up standards in swimming clubs across the UK which is why today’s teaching conference in Warwickshire is so important. Event Connections are pleased to have provided a customised online registration system for the ASA to enable them to manage bookings efficiently and allow delegates to sign-up for relevant workshops when registering online.
26th February 2010: Confex 2010 - Great to meet you!
As another International Confex (the event for event organisers) draws to an end the Event Connections team re-gather back at headquarters. It was great to meet up with existing clients and friends as well as meeting new event and conference organisers from all walks of life!
