Using a range of technologies we can connect various venues at the event site – event control, information desk, hospitality etc. Our long range WiFi solutions connect locations across vast outdoor areas and our fibre optic services give huge flexibility and capacity for fast network operations.
Internet access and multi-level network access (VLAN)
We can ensure that internet access is available in key locations across the event site. Using temporary or permanent connections our solutions are managed and stable. Access can be limited to key teams and security measures put in place.
Greenbelt
We work with Greenbelt Festival to deliver a robust communications solution across their event site at Cheltenham Racecourse. We’ve installed site-wide WiFi and an IP phone system to reduce pressure on radio communications and offer full on-site support throughout the festival.

Temporary internet
Internet connections on event sites are now often a prerequisite; whether for ticket sales, press, exhibitions, site offices, public WiFi or temporary mobile cash machines. Our ability to link into existing site connections, and install multiple temporary connections shared across the whole site, provides an efficient and effective solution to your event internet requirements.
IP telephone systems
Internal phone systems with 'landline' phone services still have a place on temporary event sites, especially where temporary offices are setup. Our flexible IP phone system allows us to connect handsets across the site to shared temporary phone lines in a central location. Internal and external phone calls can then be made reliably and cheaply, not dependant on mobile phone coverage or battery life.
Public and private Wi-Fi
In addition to our long range WiFi, we can also implement multiple levels of regular WiFi access across different site locations. Your requirements for Public internet hotspots and restricted staff system access can be implemented simultaneously across a number of locations.
Computer network
Internet access and phone systems are not the only benefit of onsite networks. Shared computer resources such as central drives and shared printers, that are taken for granted in most office environments, can be equally beneficial across an event site. Files that are edited in the site office can be immediately available in the box office, or at the side of stage.
