To make the most of attending an exhibition, accurate data from interested visitors is essential. More often than not, you’ll have plenty of visitors and bustle around your stand but how many of these actually turn into customers after the event? It’s vital that visitors are tracked and contact details stored so that you can continue to connect with them and build your customer base post-event.
Our lead retrieval system allows delegates to be scanned via unique barcodes on their badges as they attend the event and visit particular exhibition stands, breakout sessions or seminars throughout the venue.
Full data reports are then available to view and sent to exhibitors to allow follow up enquiries and post-event marketing.
We can supply the scanners to you, or we can deal with exhibitors directly- whatever you prefer. In either case, we will fully support exhibitors on site and after the event.
