Dynamic Table & Seating Management

Be on top of your event table & seating planning with our dynamic table planning tool.

It’s a familiar story. You spend weeks on your table allocation only to find that key people don’t all arrive or send substitute guests. You expected the CEO and placed them at the top table, but instead, their junior assistant turns up instead with one guest instead of two. How do you manage this?

When to Use a Table and Seating Plan

We can integrate a table and seating plan as part of our invitation and RSVP package. You’ll be able to see which of your guests have confirmed their attendance and use the seating plan to drag and drop names onto tables. You’ll also be able to see which tables are full, which have have space and also look at any attendee seating requests.

Link with Registration

Our dynamic table planning tool also links seamlessly with our on-site registration services. Tables and seats are assigned in advance, but as non-attendance and substitutions become apparent, you can see exactly what is happening and how that links with registration.

Make Instant Changes

Our system enables you to make instant changes to the seating arrangement, advise caterers of updated dietary requirements and even remove settings or tables.

Final allocations can be printed or displayed on screens. Place cards can be produced and distributed, and guests are seated exactly where you need them.
