Overview

Bond is the UK network for organisations working in international development.

As a membership organisation, Bond has a complex set of requirements for their annual conference. As well as fully matching their existing website, the system had to be able to handle multiple discounts and group bookings.

With hundreds of people expected to arrive in a short period of time, the on-site arrival process needed to be fast and accurate.

Solution

We designed and built a fully flexible registration system that looks and feels like the main Bond website. Delegates can book and pay for places - activating discounts as required.

Our team oversee and administer all of the booking process - cleaning data and managing payments.

Our on-site registration system ensured that collecting badges took only a few seconds. Session and exhibitor scanners were issued with full reports available during and after the event.
