Nadia is our Delegate Services Administrator and Office Co-Ordinator. She works on delegate support and answers any queries our clients have whilst taking care of Event Connections HQ.
Matty, Event Registration Lead
Matty balances a blend of on-site and office based responsibilities, bringing an energetic and careful approach to our projects. Matthew’s main focus is supporting our clients and their team’s on-site, and leading the front of house teams.
Laurie, Project Manager
Laurie oversees our delegate management team, ensuring our pre-event projects run smoothly. She is the first contact for delegate enquiries and works on-site with clients to help manage their bespoke on-site solution.
Lloyd, Technical Services
Lloyd is part of our technical team and helps to deliver our expert registration and badging services. With years of experience in IT and client support, Lloyd brings a focussed and precise attitude to projects.
Lewis, Technical Services Manager
Lewis is our senior technician and specialises in on-site logistics and event delivery. Lewis brings years of technical experience to Event Connections, and leads our tech team with precision.
Tom, Technical Services
One of our key event technicians, Tom leads in the setup of equipment at our events and ensures we meet all of our client’s registration needs. Tom has an IT-based background with extensive experience in IT Security, maintenance and technical support.
Kitty, Client & Project Manager
Kitty is well known to most of our clients and is often the first person they speak to. She has extensive event registration experience and works alongside existing and prospective customers to create a bespoke solution for their event.
Matt, Director
With 25 years of experience in the event industry, Matt leads on the technical side of the business and oversees our continuous development programme. He’s responsible for some of our more complex projects, which require additional customisation.
Andy, Director
Heading up the team and with a lifetime’s experience in events, Andy is obsessive about the quality of our work. He is always keen to develop partnerships with our clients and offer them the best possible solutions.
Ana, Project Manager
From the initial planning stages through to on-site delivery, Ana oversees the organisation and communication of the the on-site team to ensure everything runs smoothly for both clients and delegates.
Richard, Operations Manager
Richard is our primary on-site lead and spearheads all things operations and logistics at Event Connections. He’s responsible for our technical team and helps drive the Event Connections standards across all areas of our event support.
Nathan, Technical Services
As a key part of our on-site tech team, Nathan helps ensure that we deliver a seamless registration experience. With years of experience in IT and tech support, Nathan is able to blend his tech capability alongside great customer service.
