To make the most of attending an exhibition, accurate data from interested visitors is essential. For most exhibitors, it is vital that visitors are tracked and contact details stored so that they can continue to connect with them and build their customer base post-event.

Our lead retrieval system allows delegates to be scanned via unique codes on their badges. Exhibitors can use simple, one-click barcode scanners, or make use of our innovative lead capture app, where they can take notes and add extra questions of their own.

Fully encrypted data reports are available throughout the event and sent to exhibitors afterwards to enable efficient post-event marketing.

We can supply the scanners through you, or we can deal with exhibitors directly- whatever you prefer. In either case, we will fully support exhibitors on site and after the event.
