Overview
Capacity Europe is Europe's largest event uniting the global connectivity industry. The event brings together more than 2,500 attendees to London, representing 650+ companies spanning over 90+ countries.
Event Connections were awarded the registration contract following a tender process. The key criteria for Capacity was to ensure a swift on-site registration and badging process due to issues encountered in previous years.
Solution
QR codes were sent ahead of the event to help streamline the arrival process and self-scanning booths meant there were no queues.
Helpdesks handled attendees without QR codes and dealt with any issues & payments.
Different colour badge designs were applied depending on the attendee type - printed on our fully recyclable badge stock.
Exhibitors made use of our lead retrieval app and handheld scanners to make the most of the show.
