Overview
In 2021, we began our working relationship with EMAP, a multimedia events management client who specialise in business and consumer media.
We worked closely with EMAP on 3 events across the year; RESI, The AV Awards and The Student Accommodation Conference.
EMAP wanted our help with a streamlined on-site badge printing and check in solution, providing delegates with rapid and simple check-in, in a short space of time.
Two of the events required our bespoke badge designing option, while the third required a sleek, high-end style of check in with no badge required.
Solution
RESI and The Student Accommodation Conference both used our fast-track registration solution, with self-scan kiosks and pre-delivered QR codes for quick and efficient check in.
The AV Awards also deployed our fast track, QR code registration solution. However, this particular event was better suited to a team of staff with hand held scanners, ready to check guests in as they arrived.
All three events were supervised by at least two members of the Event Connections team. A help desk was also available on-site for any issues, on-the-day registrations or booking amendments.
Our team ensured a seamless on-site service was provided at each event. We look forward to working with EMAP again in 2022 and continuing to provide our registration services.
